STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 4082
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RIGHT-OF-WAY ADDITIONAL DEDICATION FOR
RAMONA EXPRESSWAY INTO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ROAD SYSTEM
WHEREAS, California Streets and Highway § 1806 (b) allows for the acceptance
of dedications into the city street system, by resolution; and
WHEREAS, SPDR 17-17, Luiseno Village, was conditioned to construct
improvements for Ramona Expressway and dedicate the associated right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, an irrevocable offer of dedication was recorded as DOC #2022-
0249960 with the Riverside County Clerk and Recorder on June 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the improvements to Ramona Expressway have been constructed;
and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto considers the acceptance of the dedication of
Additional right-of-way for Ramona Expressway as in the public’s best interest for orderly
development in conformance with the City of San Jacinto’s General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND FOUND by the San
Jacinto City Council, State of California, as follows:
1. Accept Right-of-Way Additional Dedication for Ramona Expressway for public
street and highway purposes, together with all right to construct and maintain
utilities, sewers, drains and other improvements consistent with the use as a public
street and highway into the City of San Jacinto Road System, per Offer of
Dedication recorded on June, 1, 2022.
2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the acceptance of dedication with the County
Clerk and Recorder per California Streets and Highway Code § 1806 (b).

California, this 17th day of June 2025, by the following vote:
