Mayor Valerie Vandever called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

City Clerk Julia Espinoza conducted the roll call:
Present: Mayor Valerie Vandever, Councilmember Crystal Ruiz, Councilmember Phil
Ayala, and Councilmember Clarisa Sanchez
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Ledezma
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) to approve the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Ledezma. Motion
carried 4/0.
Ayes: Ruiz, Ayala, Sanchez, Vandever
Nays: None
Absent: Ledezma
Abstain: None

Councilmember Ruiz gave the invocation.

5. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the City Council, Mayor Vandever adjourned the meeting at 7:08
p.m. in honor of Dick Cheney who passed away on November 3, 2025, and Deputy Andrew Nunez,
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Officer, who died on the line of duty on October 27, 2025.
