Chair Valerie Vandever called the meeting to order at 7:59 p.m.

Board Secretary Julia Espinoza conducted the roll call:
Present: Chair Valerie Vandever, Vice Chair Alonso Ledezma, Boardmember Phil Ayala,
Boardmember Crystal Ruiz, and Boardmember Clarisa Sanchez

3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
3.1. Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of San Jacinto Public Financing
Authority Approving and Adopting Bylaws, Establishing Regular Meeting Dates,
and Authorizing Certain Other Actions in Connection Therewith
Finance Director Erika Gomez presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Sanchez/Ruiz) made a motion to approve Resolution No. PFA 25-01,
approving and adopting bylaws, establishing regular meeting dates, and
authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith. Motion carried 5/0.
