Mayor Alonso Ledezma called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor Alonso Ledezma, Mayor Pro Tem Crystal Ruiz, Councilmember Valerie
Vandever, Councilmember Brian Hawkins
Absent: Councilmember Phil Ayala
M/S/C (Ledezma, Ruiz) moved to approve the absence of Councilmember Ayala.
Motion carried 4/0.

carried 4/0.

4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. Approve Agreement Terms with Boys and Girls Club of Inland Valley
City Manager Robert Johnson presented the staff report.
There were two (2) public comments:

M/S/C (Ruiz/Ledezma) made a motion to approve the Agreement Terms with Boys
and Girls Club of Inland Valley, appropriate $100,000 for Fiscal Year 2023/2024,
$60, 000 for Fiscal Year 2024/2025, and $40, 000 for Fiscal Year 2025/2026, and
authorize the City Manager with the concurrence of the City Attorney to Finalize
and sign the Agreement. Motion carried 4/0.

Abstain: None
4.2. Reappointment of Commissioners Gagnepain and Scott to the San Jacinto
Planning Commission
Deputy City Manager Travis Randel presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ledezma) made a motion to approve the reappointment of
Commissioners Gagnepain and Scott to the San Jacinto Planning Commission.
Motion carried 4/0.
