3.A.7. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 23-08, to amend multiple articles and
chapters of Title 17 (Development Code) of the San Jacinto Municipal Code. (P23-044)
Principle Planner Robert Flores presented the item and answered the council's questions.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) made a motion determining that the Development Code
Amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),
pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), Common Sense Exemption, of the CEQA
Guidelines due to the minor nature of the changes to regulation and the absence of
a development project; and, adopt Ordinance No. 23-08, an ordinance of the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, California amending multiple articles, chapters,
and sections of title 17 (development code) of the municipal code for accuracy and
consistency, and to reflect land use goals & policies of the general plan . Motion
carried 4/0.

4.2. Approve Resolution No. 3999 and Agreement for Professional Assistance with
Robert Brady
City Manager Rob Johnson presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) motioned to adopt Resolution No. 3999 and approve the
Professional Service Agreement for Professional Assitance with Robert Brady.
Motion carried 5/0.
