4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. Capital Improvement Program Engineering Update
Contract City Engineer Stuart McKibbin presented the staff report.
The Council Received and Filed the update of the City's Capital Improvement
Program.
5. CITY MANAGER UPDATE
City Manager Robert A. Johnson will provide the City Manager Update at the next City Council meeting
on October 4, 2023.

7. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the City Council, Mayor Ledezma adjourned the meeting at 7:20
p.m. in honor of Richard Don Lucas.
