INTEGRATEDJACINTO POWER APPROVING AN
PLAN FOR THE SAN JACINTO POWER COMMUNITY CHOICE
WHEREAS,AGGREGATION PROGRAM
Community Choice Aggregation authorized by Assembly Bill
117, is a state law that allows cities, counties and other authorized entities
aggregate l ctricity demand within their jurisdictions in order to purchaseand/or
generateIt r ive energy supplies for residents si ss within their
jurisdiction it maintaining the existing I ctrici provider for transmission and
distribution service; and
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2016, City Council adopted Ordinance 1 -1,
Establishing o uniChoice Aggregation r rJacinto Power; and
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 350, approved October 7, 2015, establishes
requirement for Community oic Aggregation Programs to develop an
Integrated srce Plan and submit it to the California Public Utilities
l Commission for certification; n
WHEREAS, San Jacinto is Integrated Resorc 1 s developed
consistent with the requirements t lih y the CaliforniaPublic Utilities
Commission. .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the Cityof San
Jacinto acting as the governingo of San JacintoPower, does hereby resolve,
determine and order, as II

beendeveloped in compliance ith Senate Bill 350 and CaliforniaPublic Utilities
Commission direction and is hereby approved.
