a permanent City Clerk, to provide the specialized skills necessary to manage the Office
of the City Clerk effectively.

SECTION3. The employment agreement with Sherry Morton, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A and on file with the City Clerk, is approved by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, effective July 22, 2020.
SECTION 4. The City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of San Jacinto, with such technical amendments s may be deemed
appropriate by the City Manager and City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21t day of July, 2020.
