AMENDING•N RATE SCHEDULE FOR SAN
JACINTO POWER COMMUNITY,PROGRAM I

WHEREAS,• additionally heretofore approved an
Implementation Plan to establish a CCA program, and such Implementation Plan was
certified by - California Public UtilitiesR • on April • i
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously established electric generation rates
for San Jacinto •
WHEREAS, the rates as proposed are sufficient to cover the operating costs of

SECTION 1. That based upon and in consideration of staff reports,
presentations, public testimony and comment, and such other matters presented to the
City Council during the public hearing on this matter, the City Council finds and declares
the foregoing recitals to be true and correct and incorporates
findings herein.
SECTION 2. That power generation rates for `:• - • SJP are amended
pursuant to the attached rate schedule and incorporated fully herein, and such rates
shall be effective April 20
SECTION 3. The rates for power generation established by this Resolution may
• - amended byResolution:Rthe CityCouncil, iscompliance
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
k. and it shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto at
a regular meeting held on the 21 st day of April 2020 by the following vote:
AYES: Kotyuk, Ledezma, Lopez, Ruiz, Utz
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
