A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EASTERN
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT REVISING CERTAIN SEWER RATE
SCHEDULES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Eastern Municipal Water District in
Regular Session assembled this 17th day of December, 2003, that Resolution No. 3352.6,
be amended as follows and as provided for in the schedule attached to and hereby made
a part of this resolution.
REVISED SEWER RATE SCHEDULES
S101, S102, S201, S301, S401, S403, S501 through S503
DELETED SEWER RATE SCHEDULE
S402
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the effective date of the foregoing Rate Schedule
revisions is January 1, 2004.
