A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE
TO EXECUTE THE SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT FOR
THE COMMON BENEFIT
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto ("City") owns certain equipment which are
now surplus to the needs of the City and are not required for providing continued
municipal services;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to authorize the City Manager, or
designated representative to arrange for and to execute the sale of equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby finds that the above -stated recitals are true
and correct,
Section 2: The City Council hereby determines and finds that certain
equipment or vehicles described below are a surplus to the needs of the City and is not
required for providing continued municipal service.

Section 3: The City Manager, or designated representative, is authorized to
arrange for and to execute the sale of said property.
Section 4: The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption
of this Resolution and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
5t' day of June 2018 by the following vote.
