RESOLUTION NO.3767
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT
BE SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY AND AUTHORIZES
THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE TO
EXECUTE THE SALE OF SAID EQUIPMENT FOR THE
COMMON BENEFIT.
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto owns certain equipment which are now surplus to
the needs of the City and is not required for providing continued municipal services;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to declare such property surplus and authorize the
City Manager, or designated representative to arrange for and to execute the sale of
equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES
HlE ttBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby determines and finds that certain equipment or
vehicles described below are a surplus to the needs of the City and is not required for providing
continued municipal service.
