A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACTS OF THE
CONSOLIDATED REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONDUCTED ON
NOVEMBER 6, 2018 AND DECLARING THE RESULTS OF SAID
ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto consolidated its general municipal election
on November 6, 2018, as designated by the Resolution Nos. 3710 and 3711; and
on December 6, 2018, the Riverside County Registrar of Voters certified the
results of the canvass for the November 6, 2018 consolidated regular elections to the
San Jacinto City Clerk, as required by state law; and
the results of said certified canvass are attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated by reference herein; and
the City Clerk has certified the results of the regular election to the City Council,
pursuant to Elections Code 10262.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, that at this time the City Council desires to declare
the results of the election, pursuant to California Elections Code 10264 and 10265:
Recitals. The above recitals are all true and correct.
Declaration of Election Results. This City Council does hereby declare, pursuant
to Elections Code sections 10264, 10263, and 10265, the following
results of the consolidated regular election of November 8, 2016.

The City Clerk shall certify to the approval and adoption of this Resolution and
enter it into the book of original Resolutions.
