Mayor Alonso Ledezma called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

Deputy City Clerk Julia Espinoza conducted the roll call:

Councilmember Brian Hawkins
Absent: Councilmember Phil Ayala and Councilmember Joel Lopez
M/S/C (Ledezma/Ledezma) moved to excuse the absences of Councilmember Ayala. Motion
carried 3/0.

Nays: None
Absent: Ayala, Lopez
Abstain: None

Approve a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
authorizing the electronic filing of statements of economic interests (Form
700) required by Government Code Section 87200 Et Seq. and Government
Code Section 87300 Et Seq./City Clerk/Approved
3.A.5. Approval of the Purchase of a New Backhoe/Water/Approved

4. DISCUSSION ITEM
4.1 Abatement and Demolition of 248 E. Main Street, known as the Virginia Lee
City Manager Rob Johnson recommended moving item 4.1 to August 17, 2021,
City Council Meeting due to the absence of two council members.

4.2 Mayor's Appointment of Councilmember Phil Ayala to Ramona Bowl AdHoc
Committee
City Manager Rob Johnson presented the staff report.
Mayor Ledezma appointed Councilmember Phil Ayala to the Ramona Bowl
AdHoc Committee to represent the City of San Jacinto.
5. FUTURE REQUESTS FROM CITY COUNCIL TO STAFF
There was no request to staff.
6. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the City Council, Mayor Ledezma adjourned the City
Council's Regular Meeting at 6:58 pm.
