A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY
V'Jhereas, the City of San Jacinto from time to time accumulates property not
usable as a result of damage, age, or no longer safe for use; and
Whereas, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, in an effort not to retain
property which cannot be used or is not cost effective to repair, has the authority to
declare the property as surplus.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto declares said property as shown on Exhibit "A" to be surplus and authorizes the
disposal of said property in accordance with lawful procedures.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4' day of February, 1999, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Conner, Good, Smedley, Williams and Mayor Cornett
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN-.None
