A RTSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING A
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE AGREEMENT FOR BAND ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, The City of'San Jacinto will need to update its signature cards with Bank of
Hemet; and
WHEREAS, The City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and the City Manager as signers
on the bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and authorization
for the fdacsimile signature agreement;
'THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized signers and
facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Debbie Cornett
Vice Mayor M. Joan Good
City Manager L. Michael Harravan
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1999
Ayes: Cauncilmembers Conner, Good, Smedley, Williams and Mayor Cornett
