A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE DAY OF CITY COUNCIL
MEETINGS FROM THURSDAYS TO TUESDAYS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto desires to change the day of Council
meetings; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the San Jacinto Municipal Code, such meeting days
are to be set forth by a Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the City Council
of the City of San Jacinto:
SECTION 1. The day of City Council meetings shall be changed from the first and third
Thursday of each month to the first and third Tuesday of each month.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to certify the passage and adoption of this
Resolution; enter same in the book of original Resolutions; and make a Minute of its
adoption in the City's records and in the Minutes of the meeting when it was adopted.
SECTION 3. This Resolution will become effective immediately upon adoption and will
remain effective unless repealed or superseded.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 18th day of January 2011 by
the following vote:
Ayes: Bartel, Di Memmo, Kotyuk, Ledezma, Miller
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
