OF SAN JACINTO, ENDORSING THE AIR QUALITY
3 NANAGENENT PLAN AND COMMITTING TO DEVELOPMENT
OF A COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

5 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto is within the Sout
Coast Air Basin.

WHEREAS, the South Coast Air Quality Management nistrici
7 has been found to not be in compliance with Federal Air Quality)
Standards.

WHEREAS, the Air Quality Management Plan has been adapted
9 to bring the region into compliance with Federal Standards.
10 WHEREAS, all jurisdictions within the South Coast Ai
Quality Management District must comply with the plan.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RJESOLVB AS
12 FOLLOWS; The City of San Jacinto is committed to implement the Ai
Quality Management Plan by developing a planned compliance progra
13 with a goal of a full program of compliance in place by July 1,
1991.
