HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1913 RESOLUTION NO. 1913 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO. CALIFORNIA. RELATING TO SALARY RANGES FOR DEPARTMENT HEADS, 2 DIVISION HEADS, FIRST LINE SUPERVISORS, AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES 3 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto recognizes that it competes 4 in a marketplace to obtain qualified personnel to perform and 5 provide municipal services. It further recognizes that compen- sation and conditions of employment must be sufficiently attrac- tive to draw and retain qualified employees . Therefore, the 6 City will compensate its management employees with wages and 7 benefits commensurate with performance of the management employee.
