OF SAN JACINTO, ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON COMMUNITX
31 COLLEGE DRIVE AT GOLD STREET

WHEREAS, MSJC has requested a loading zone be established
6 on Community College Drive at Gold Street to accommodate the
loading and unloading of trucks for the college.

WHEREAS, no other loading zone existing in the proximity
B of the request.
9 WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has reviewed the
request and made a recommendation.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
11 POLLOWS;
12 A loading zone is hereby established on Community College
Drive at Gold Street as shown on Exhibit "A" attached and
13 incorporated herein.
14 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 3rd day of July
1990,
