RESOLUITION NO. 1896
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF :BAN JACTNTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
2 VACATION AND ABANIN}NNE:NT OF A PORTION OF
SEVENTH STREET RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN PALM
3 AND PINE STREETS.
4 WHEREAS, the City Council ui the City of San Jacinto,
California, having expressed its intention to vnr.nte Ind mLnndrn
5 the public right-of-way over the property shown on attached
Exhibit "A" ; and

_ OHF.REAS, a public nearing, os required by law, was conducted
t by the City Council on the 3rd day of July, 1990, ; and
8 WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law of said
vacation, have been pasted and given; and

10 WHEREAS, it .is the City of San Jacinto' s intention to vacatP
the herein described property to property owner( s ) of record;
1 and
WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard
12 and considered, and it having been found that the City has no
13 present or prospective use for said public right-of-way;
14 IT IS HEREHY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
15 1 , That the proposed vacation outlined nn Exhibit "A" is
not within an area for which a General or Master Plan
16 is adopted.

�� Z. That the public right-of-way over the property described
in Exhibit "A" be vacated and abanduHvd.
18 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public
19 utilities a public. utility easement and the right at
any time to construct , maintain, operate , replace,
20 remove and renew upon , over and across the needed
appropriate facilities.

That portion of 7th Street, being contiguous with the Northerly line
of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 7443 , as shown by map on file in Book
26, page 12 of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning a` the intersection of the Westerly Right-of-Way line of
Palm Avenue (formerly Elizabeth Avenuel and the Southerly Right-of-
Way line of 7th Street;
Thence N. 89' 59 ' 29" W. along the Northerly line of said Parcel 2,
a distance of 1146. 39 feet to the Westerly corner of said Parcel 2;
Thence N. 44' 49 ' 46" W. , 8 . 46 feet along the Northwesterly
prolongation ❑f the Southwesterly line of said Parcel 2, said point
bei 44.00 feet at right angle distance from the centerline of 7th
Street;
Thence S. 89' 59 ' 29" E. along a line 44 . 00 feet Southerly of the
centerline of 7th Street a distance of 1152 . 36 feet to a point
30 . 00 feet Westerly at right angle distance from the centerline of
Palm Avenue;
Thence S. 001 02 ' 12" W. a distance of 6 . 00 feet to the Point of
