t RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE
it ANNEXATION DF TERRITORY TO AN EXISTING A COMMUNITY FACILITIES

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:
6 WHEREAS , the CITY C0UNCr_ L of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, Shereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of
the local Agency" ) , has previously declared i ..s intention and
l held and conducted proceedings relating to the annexation of
territory t❑ an existing Community Faci.l.ities District pursuant
to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-p.00s Community
a Facilities Act of 1492 heing Chapter 2 . 5 , Part ] , Division 2 ,
Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, and
10 � specifically Articie 3 . 5 thereof . The er.imti.ng community
I Facilities District has been designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO. 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "DiStriCt- ) ; and,
12 WHEREAS, *here has been submitted an amended i7oundary map
showing the territory now proposed to be annexed; and,

WHEREAS, the area proposed to be annexed is known and desig-
n$ nat_d as COMMUNITY FACiLl'11Es DISTRICT NO. J , ANNEXATION NO. 1
( hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory" I ; and,

WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing relating to the annexation
16 of territory to the existing District, the extent of the terri-
tory to Se annexed, and at tlsia Lime it is hereby determined
that --er.tai.n changes and modifications in the proposed bounda-
ries, Resolution of Intention to Annex and proceedings should he
18 ordered.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
city of san .iacinto, in regular session, this 19th day of June,
20 199J, as follows:

order certain changes and mod iticaticns to the proceedings
23 and Resolution of rntentiun to :annex, as they ;-elate to the

25 DELETION OF AREA NO. 4 FROM ANNEXATION 140. 1
26 That the smend2C1 bnundaty map showing the property, parcels
and territory now proposed to be annexed t.n an existircl
27 Cnmmunity Fari I. i.t ie9 District and to be subject to a special
tax to he levied is hereby approved and adovted . Said map
2S is designated by the came of the existing District and the
number of the proposed annexation.

4 , A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
3Q least uue ( L ) copy of the amended map of the District,
evidencing the date and adoption of this lloouiution, and a
.7- copy Of paid map shall he filed wLth the corre❑t and proper
endorsements tnereon with the County Recorder , all in the
'92 :Danner and form provided for in 9prti,,n 3I11 of the Streets
and Highways code of the State of California.
"'hat the proceedings , Resolution rf _ntencion to Annex and
amended boundary map, as now modified, shall stand for ail
1 future proceedings as the Resolution of Intention to Annex,
proceedings and map fcc the District .
