5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
6 JACINTO ESTABLISHING THE FEES AND PERMIT COST FOR
ANIMAL CONTROL SRRVICES PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS
7 OF ORDINANCE 913.
8 WHEREAS, Ordinance 913 requires the establishment of
fees for licensing, permits, animal control services, and
9 enforcement, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
does hereby resolve as fcilows:
10 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of
the City of San Jacinto in accordance with provisions of
