4 WHEREAS, Article -(111B of the California Constitution

7 WHEREAS, ne San Jacinto City Council has met the public

10 WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1990-1991
11 totals $S,569,979,00 adjusted for various exempted fees and
12 funds.

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1990-1991
14 saerlding iimitation is hereby established as S5,569,879.00
15 subject to later adjustments for annexations, transfer and
16 newly-assumed services and newly-established fees.
17 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a reyuiar meeting held this
18 19th day of June 1990, by the foLlowing vote:
