1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA I
2 ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCELS WITHIN ASSESSMENT
3 DISTRICT 87-1 i
4 WHEREAS, the City Council apprnva.d the creation of Assessment
District 87--1, ou February 3 , 1987, by adopting Resolution No.
5 1679; and
6 WHEREAS, Municiapl improvement Act of 1913, Section 10000
et. seq. of Government Code of California and Improvement Act
7 bond of 1915, Section 8500 et. seq. of Government Code of
California allows the levy of a charge to pay for the cost of
8 improvements authorized by the Assessment District; and
9 WHEREAS, the charge is related to a property' s benefit from
the improvements and is not based on the value of the property;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, the charge constitutes a special assessment;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the annual charge for
all parcels involved in Assessment District 87-1, is in
13 accordance with Exhibit A, attached herein.
14 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED the 19th day of June 1990 by the
15 following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Rose, Divine, REdding, Boykin and Ford
