2 SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR -owl
MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF
3 SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of TLauspurLation has presented an Agreement for maintenance
5 of the State Highway in the City of San Jacinto effective as
of the 1st day of July, 1990 and to remain in effect until amended
6 or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard/read said Agreement
f in full and is familiar with the contents thereof:
g THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highway in the City of San Jacinto is hereby approved and the
10 Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
11 ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1990.
