RESOLUTION NO. 1865
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1 SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER
ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF SEVENTH STREET RIGHT OF WAY
2 BETWEEN PALM AND PINE STREETS.

The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California,
4 does hereby declare its intent to vacate and abandon certain
portion of the public right-of-way under and through the
5 property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto,
County of Riverside, State of California.

A map of said right-of-way proposed to be vacated and
7 abandoned is on file in the office of the Department of
Community Development in the City of San Jacinto to which
g reference is hereby made for further particulars.
9 Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment that a
*0 hearing thereon will be held at the Community Center in the
City of San Jacinto located at 625 South Pico Street, San
11 Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 1990 which
set time is no less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption
12 of this Resolution.
13 The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the
manner prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of
14 the City and to post notices of vacation conspicuously along
the line of the property proposed to be vacated at least ten
15 (10) days before the date hereinabove set for hearing, said
notices shall be posted and shall state that this resolution
161 has been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth
for hearing thereon.
