A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO ORDERING THE CITY MANAGER PO PREPARE AND
FILE A REPORT 1N ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 4, CHAPTER
1, PART 2 , "LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972" ,
BEING DIVISION 15, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE
r.�. 1 STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE FURNISHING OF
2 ELECTRICAL ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS;
AND FOR THE FURNISHING OF LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE
3 IN " SAN JACINTO COMBINED LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING
DISTRICT " 1N THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
4 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON JULY 1, 1990 AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 1991.

7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City San Jacinto,
8 California proposes to form an assessment district pursuant
9 to the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" , heing Division
10 15 , Part 2 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of
11 California; and
12 WHEREAS, the said assessment district shall include all parcels
13 of land within the said District and shall he designed as
14 the SAN JACINTO COMBINED LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE
15 DISTRICTS: and
16 WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the electrical energy and

17 landscaping maintenance on the following streets as show on
18 San Jacinto Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance Plan No.
19 1989-90, also shown on attached Exhibits A, B, C, D, `
20 All streets lights and landscaping maintenance areas within II
1 said District, all. as shown on Plan No. 1990-91; and
22 WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the energy and to maintain
23 the lighting system and to maintain the landscaping;

24 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
25 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
26 SECTIUN 1. That the City Manager is hereby ordered to prepare
27 and file a report in accnrdance with Article 4 , Chapter 1 ,
28 Part 2, "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" , being Division
29 15, Part 2 , Streets and Highway Cade of the State cf California,
301 for the furnishing of energy and the maintenannce of street
31 lighting fixtures and appliances and Landscaping Maintenance

1 for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990, and ending June
2 ;0, 1991, all as set forth in this resolution.
3 SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this resolution be
4 presented to said City Manager for his information and guidance.
$ SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
6 adoption of this resolution, shall cause the same to be entered
7 among the original resolutions of said City; and shall make a
8 minute of the passage and adoption thereof, in the records of
9 the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the
10 meetings at which the same is passed and adopted.
