I! A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED
1 WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF SAN 3ACINTO
2 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF SAN JACINT❑ DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
a5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . This resolution supersedes Resolution No. IB54,
adopted the 5th day of December, 1999,
5 Section 2. Par the privilege of having carbaoe and rubbish
collected not less than twice during each calendar week , there
f shall be assessed and charged: I`

7 (a) For the owner ❑r occupant of residences: ` 8.55 per
month.
8 (b1 For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellings
each having kitchen facilities: 40.55 per month for
the first unit and $8.00 for each additional unit
I� regardless whether occupied or not .
I (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establish-
ment . except as -et forth in sub--paragraph (d) below:
12 The rate of $4.65 per cubic yard of volume of the
rubbish and trash containers maintained at each
19 establishment, provided, however, that in no event
shall the fee be less than $9.60 per month. The
14 minimum charge for bin service shall be $37.20.
15 (d) Mobilehome parks having refuse picked up at each
space but the fees are billed to and paid by the
16 operator shall be charged on the same basis as sub-
paragraph (a) above.

Other Mobilehome parks shall be charged the commercial
1$ rate if refuse is collected at central locations or
the residential rates of individual collection rates
]q and individual billing and payment.
201 (e) The City Council may provide that rubbish not included
.within the definition of wither "garbage" or "waste" ,
1 as provided in Section 13.&U.010 of the Municipal code
be collected by the City for such Lharge the City
22 Manager or other officer of the Contracting Party so
authorized by the City Council may determine to be
23 tair and proper in each individual case.
24 For extra dump requests: $30,00 for all sizes of cubic
yard bins.

Section S. 1'1his rate resolution shall become effective for
26 the trash and refuse 61111rg period first Lommencing April 21st
1990.

Section 4. The City Council does so resolve pursuant to
29 the authority vested in it by the provision of Section
12.82. 140 of the San Jacinto Municipal Cade.
