RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
2 CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING TERRITORY TO BE
ANNEXED TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED NTT" REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS-

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
6 CALIFORNIA, ihereinatter referred to as the " legislative body of
the local Agency" ) , desires to annex territory to an exi.sti.ng
7 Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provi-
sions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982" ,
a leiny Chapter 2 . 5, Part 1 , Division 2, Title 5 of the Government
Code of the State of California, and specifically Article 3. 5
9 thereof. "he existing Community Facilities District. has been
designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1 lhorninafter
ZQ referred to as the "District" 1 ; and,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map showing the territory
proposed to he annexed to the existing Community Facilities
12 District , said area to be designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO. 3, ANNEXATION NO. 1 (hereinaft.ar referred to as the
13 "annexed territory" ) .
14 NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, by the city council of the
City of San Jacinto, in regular session, this 8th day of
1E May , 1994, as follows:
16 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .

17 2 . That the map showing the property, parcels and territory
proposed to be annexed to in existinq Community Facilities
18 District and to be subject to a special tax to be levied is
hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated by the
19 name of the existing District and the number of the proposed
annexation, said areas being designated as Areas 1 throuq_ h

A ca_rtificate shall he endorsed on the original and nn at
least one ( 1 ) copy of the map of [ he District, evidencing
22 the date and adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen
( 15) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the
s�.3 time and place If the hearinn on the intention to annex or
extent of the annexation to said 1) istr in a r.-opy of said
24 map shall he filed with the correct and prOper endorsements
thereon with the County Recorder, all in the manner and form
25 provided for in Section '111 of the Streets and Highways
!'ode of the .State Uf Cal i.fornia .
