1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CLARIFYING NATHANIEL
2 HOLMES III DISABILITY
3 WHEREAT;, the City of San Jacinto (hereinafter referred
to as Agency : is a contracting Agency of the Public Employees
4 Retirement System ( PERS)
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 1989 , the Agency
adopted Resolution No. 1843, determining Nathaniel Holmes III
to be disabled for purposes of the Public Employees Retirement
Law.

a NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Nathaniel Hoimes TIT came into local safety membership
rj with the Agency later than January L. 1980 (March 31, 1986 ) .
1u 2 . That the injury is not a result of a direct violent
11 act perpetrated upon the member and
3 . The injury did not occur during :he performance of
12 those portions of the member ' s duties which are particularly
13 hazardous or dangerous.
14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT A COPY OF THIS DETERMINATION
BE FORWARDED TO THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
15 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1990,
16 by the following vote:
17 AYES: Councilmen Redding, Rose, Suykin and Ford
NOES: None
