RESOLUTION NO. 1862
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
2{ THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO INITIATE ON ITS OWN
3 NOTION PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN
INHABITED TERRITORY KNOWN AS
4 ANNEXATION NO. 69
�{ WHEREAS, some property owners desire annexation to the
City of San Jacinto; and
WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will
contribute to the orderlygrowth of the City,
g y, provide proper
8 control of street layouts, sanitary sewer and water design
and to insure proper use of land in conformity with the
General Flan.
10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
11 1. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto
proposes to initiate on its own motion proceedings to annex
12 to the City of San Jacinto all the territory hereinafter
described on Exhibit "A" as inhabited territory pursuant to
13 the provisions of the Municipal Organization Act.
14 2. That the territory which the Council proposes to
annex shall be identified as Annexation No. 68.
15 3. That the city Manager, or his designated
16 representative, is hereby authorized to file with the Local
"low Agency Formation Commission the appropriate application and
17 sign any and all documents therefore.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 16th day of January,
1990.
