A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTOr CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED
2 WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF BAN JACINTO
,3 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1853,
5 adopted the 7th day of November, 1989.
6 Section 2. For the privilege of having garbage and rubbish
icollected not less than twice during eacn calendar week, there
%hall be assessed and charged.
Lai For the owner or occupant of residences: 4e.05 per
month.
) ! (b) For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellings
14� each having kitchen facilities: t8.05 per month for
the first unit and $7.53 for each additional unit
11 regardless whether occupied or not.
12 (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establish-
ment, except as sat forth in sub-paragraph (di below%
13 The rate of $4.38 per cubic yard of volume of the
rubbish and trash containers maintained at each
14 establishment, provided, however, that in no event
shall the fee be less than S9.05 per month. The
15 minimum charge for bin service shall be $35.05.
1G (d) Mobilehome parks having refuse picked up at each
space but the fees are billed to and paid by the
17 operator shall be charged on the same basis as sub-
paragraph (a) above.
18 Other Mobilehome parks shall be charged the commercial
19 rate if refuse is collected at central locations or
the residential rates of individual collection rates
23 and individual billing and payment .
21 ANY The City Council may provide that rubbish not included
within the definition of either "garbage" or "waste" ,
22E as provided in Section 13.68.010 of the Municipal code
i. be collected by the City for such charge the City
23 Manager or other offiCeT of the Contracting Party so
authorized by the City Council may determine to be
24 fair and proper in each individual case.
25 For extra dump requests; t28.00 for all sizes of Cubic
Yard bins.

Section 3. This rate resolution shall become effective for
27 the trash and refuse billing period first commencing December
1st 1989.
28 Section 4. The City Council does so resolve pursuant to
99 the authority vested in it by the provision of Section
3.68. 140 of the San Jacinto Municipal Code.
