1I ABSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A POTENTIAL
2 FINANCING DISTRICT
3 ; THIS ABSOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:
5 WHEREAS, property owners within that portion of the City
dee_ribed in exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
6 by this reference have asked the City to undertake proceedings
tc form a district to finance the cost of providinq necessary
7 flood control and drainage facilities to serve and benefit the
properties within the area of the proposed district; and,

WITEREAS, these property owners have expressed a willingness to
c finance a study which would include, but not be limited to, a
determination of the feasibility of establishinng such a
financing district , the appropriate boundaries for such a
financing district, the appropriate costs of the facilities to
11 be financed and the moat appropriate form of district for
accomplishing this financing; and,

WREREAS, this City Council is willing to authorize such a
12 feasibility study to be conducted at the sole expense of Rtrrh
property owners.
14 NOW, THBRHFORH, IT RH RESOLVED, by the city council of the
1E city of San Jacinto, in regular session, this Sth day of
September 1989 as follows:
16 1 - The above recitals and all true and correct .

2 . This City council herehy authorizes the City Manager to
1F; conduct or cause to be conducted a study of the feasibility
of establishing a district to finance the provision of
19 necessary flood control and drainage facilities for that
portion of the City generally described in Exhibit
20 attached hereto.
21 3 . such feasibility study shall be conducted solely at the
expense of the property owners within the area set forth in
22 Exhibit "A" . in the event that a financing district for
such improvements is ultimately formed, the property owners
LL who have advanced funds to finance the feasibility study
shall be eligible for reimbursement of such advances from
24 the proceeds of any bonds sold far such flnanci.ng district .
The City shall have no obligation to reimburse the property
25 owners for such advances except from such bond proceeds.
26 4. The City Clerk a h a 11 certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .
