6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
1 JACINTO, ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A
8 CERTAIN PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF TANNER ST .

11 California, having expressed its imLention to vacate and abandon
12 the public right-oi-way over the property shown on attached Exhibit

15 WHEREAS, a public hearing , as required by law , was
16 conducted by the City Council on the 8th day o August 1989 ; and

WHEREAS , all notices and posting , as required by law of
19 said vacari.nn , have been posted and given; and

Thai. portion of. Esplanade AVP.nue, formerly Tanner
Street, described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of said
Esplanade Avenue (Tanner Street) and Mountain Avenue;
"_'hence South 89053112" West along said center line
of Esplanade Avenue a distance of 276.16 feet to an in-
tersection with the northerly prolongation of the east
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Samuel
Chmelnicki, et al, by deed recorded October 28, 1986 as
Instrument No. 270125, official Records of Riverside
County, California, the True Point of Beginning, said in-
tersection hereinafter referred to as Point "A";
_hence continuing South 890 53' 12" West along said
center line of Esplanade Avenue a distance of 1029.65
feet to an intersection with the northerly prolongation
of the west lire of Lot 21 of the Kumler Ranch Tract as
shown by map on file in Book 8 of Maps, Page 52, Records
of said Riverside County;
Thence South 0*59145" West along said prolongation a
distance of 30.00 feet to the south line of said Espla-
nade Avenue;
Thence North 89°53' 12" East along said south line a
distance of 1029.66 feet to the northeast corner of the
aforesaid Chmelnicki parcel;
Thence North 0°59' 10" East along the northerly pro-
longation of east line of said Chmelnicki parcel a dis-
tance of 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Retaining an casement for drainage purposes de-
scribed as follows;
Beginning at the above described Point "Aki
Thence South 89053112" West along said center line
of Esplanade Avenue a distance of 297.59 feet;
Thence South 0006148" East a distance of 20.00 feet;

Thence North 89053' 12" East, parallel with said cen-
ter line of Esplanade Avenue, a distance of 297.21 feet
to an intersection with the aforesaid northerly prolonga-
tion of the east line of the parcel conveyed to Samuel
Chmelnicki, et al;
Thence North 0059' 10" East along said northerly pro-
longation a distance of 23.00 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
Also reserving easements for existing public utili-
ties and public service facilities.
