o A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LIEN AND
3 IIOLDING AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH TRACT 13305
4 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO:
5 1 . The Security Agreement for Construction of Public Improvements (Lien
6 Agreement) held by the City of San Jacinto in connection with Tract 13305 is
7 nereby released.
8 2. The Holding Agreement executed in behalf of First American Trust
9 Company, Trust No. 82-0085-00 (PLH 1636) in connection with Tract 13305 is
10 hereby released.
11 3. The Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify to the adoption
12 of this Resolution.
13 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 20th day of June 1989.
