A RESOLUTION OF THE GtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORN F97ABLISHING RATES FOR
THE COLLECTION OF GARbnon "ND RUBBISH COLLECTED
T WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF SAN JACINTO
THE C17Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SRN JACINTO (DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
2 AS POLLOWS:
; Section 1 . This resolution supersedes Resolution No . 1771.
adopted the 2nd day of Auqust i988.

r Section 2. For the privilege of having garbage and rubbish
collected not less than twice during each calendar week, there
shall be assessed and charged: f
_ (a) For the owner or occupant of residences: $7.54 per
month.
(b) For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellirgs
each having kitchen facilities: $7.54 per month for
9 the first unit and 57.02 for each additional unit
10 regardless whether occupied or not .
(a) For the owner or operator of any commercial establish-
II mert, except as set forth in sub-paragraph (d ) below:
The rate of $4.31 per cubic yard of volume of the
12 rubbish and trash containers maintained at each
Pstablishment, provided, however , that in no evert
1.3 shall the fee be less than $0.54 per month. The
14 minimum charge for bin service shall be $34.52.
(d) Mobilehome parks having refuse picked up at each
15 space but the fees are billed to and paid by the
operator shall be charged on the same basis as sub-
,� 16 paragraph (a) above.
t) other Mobilehome parks shall be charged the commercial
rate if refuse is collected at central locations or
18 the residential rates of individual collection rates
19 and individual billing and payment.
20E (e) The City Council may provide that rubbish not included
within the definition of either "garbage" or "waste" ,
as nrovidetl in Section 13.62.010 of the Municipal code

25 Section 3. This rate resolution shall become effective for
the trash and refuse billing period first commencinq June

27 Section 4. The City Council does so resolve pursuant to
the authority vested in it by the provision of 5ertion
24 13.68_ 140 of the San Jacinto Municipal Code.
29 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED the 20th day of June 1499.
