LIMITATION FUR FISCAL YEAR 1959--1990
2 WHEREPS. Article %IIIB of the California Constitution
3 provides 'or the eSLablishment cf a formal spending limitation;
:1 and
5 WHEREAS, the San jacintc !-ty TonncK has met the public
6 Bearing requirements rursuart to SB1352, Chapter 1205 of the
19B0 Statutes; and
8 WHEP AS, the spending limitation for Fiscal lea:
9 1989-1990 to:al,s $4,999,395.00 adjusted fOr vartouS exempted
10 fees and funds .
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PES'OLVED the ri scal Year 1959-90
12 spending limitation is hereby established as $4,999,S92.00
13 subject to later adjustments for annexations, transfer and
14 newly-assumed services and newly-established fees.
15 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meetinq held this
16 20th day of June LY59, by the following vote:
