RESOLUTION NO. 1829
I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
2 ESTAH_ISHING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCELS WITHIN ASSESSMENT
3 DISTRICT B7-1
4 WHEREAS, the City Council approves the creat'_on of
Assessment District E7-1 , on Feoruary 3 , ' 927, oy adapting
5 Resolution No , :67R ; and
G WHEREAS, fl +nicipal Improvement Art of 1913, 5ect :on
;0000 et . Seq . of Government Code of California and
7 Improvement Act Bard of 1915, Section 6500 et . seq . of
Government Code of California, allows the levy of a change
8 to pay for the cost of improvements authorized by the
Assessment District ; and

WHEREAS, the charge is related to a property ' s benefit
10 from the improvements and is nut based on -.1:e value of the
property; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the charge constitutes a special assessment ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the annual charge
13 for al � parcels involved in Assessment District 87-1 , is in
19 acccrdarce with Exhibit A, attached herein.
15 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED the 20th day of June 1999 by the
fallowing vote:
