7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DOES
8j HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS1
9 Section 1_ That the public interest and ccnvenience require,
10 and that it is the intention of the City Council of the City
11 of San Jacinto, California , to ardor certain street lighting
12 and certain landscaping maintenance on and along portions of
18 streets, avenues, courts, places, drives and rights-nf-way
]¢ within said District , all as shown on approved development
15 plans, City specifications, and Plan No. 1989-90 on file in
16 the office of the Citv Clerk , to he maintained and th
17 electric currant to be furnished for lighting said rixLures
18 and appurtenances Tor the fiscal year beginning Auly 1 , 5989,

25 SECTION 2_ To expedite the making of said improvement, the
28 City Council may at any time transfer into the San Jacinto
27 cembined Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance ❑istrirts
28 Fund, out of any money in the General Fund , such sums as it
29 shall deem necessary, and the sums so transferred shall be
30 deemed a loan to such Fund, and shall Li repaid out of the
31 proceeds of the assessments provided fpr in tliis resolutlo
