HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1821 RESOLUTION NO. 1821 2f, li i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INITIATE ON ITS OWN 5 MOTION PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY KNOWN AS 1'P ANNEXATION NO. 61 7 WHEREAS, some property owners desire annexation to the 8 City of San Jacinto; and i 1 � WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will contribute to the orderly growth of the City, provide proper 1U control of street layouts, sanitary sewer and water design I{I and to insure proper use of land in conformity with the lll� General Plan. 121 NOW THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 13 1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto proposes to initiate on its own motion proceedings to annex 14 to the City of San Jacinto all the territory hereinafter described on Exhibit "A" as uninhabited territory pursuant to 15 the provisions of the Municipal Organization Act . Now 16 2. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex shall be identified as Annexation No. 61 . 17 3.
