h RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 51111 JACIN•TO,
o CALIFORNIA, ORDERINC AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A -REPORT-
FOR A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE. TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:

WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
(hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local
Agency•• ) , has declared its intention to initiate proceedings to
7i create a Community Facilities District, pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982
being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government
Code of the state of California. This Community Facilities
District shall hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILI-
TIES DISTRICT Nfl. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ;

11 WHEREAS, this legislative body directs, pursuant to the provi-
sions of Section 53321. 5 of the Government Code of =he Stato of
California , the preparation of a "Report" to provide mare
detai, ed information relating to the proposed District, the
�31 proposed services, public facilities and estimate of cast .
l4 NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, _n regular Session, this 22nd day of
