1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO.
CALIFORNiA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "HELLO-ROOs COMHUNITY
2 FACILITIES ACT OF 1982" SPECIAL TAX ELECTION

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITN REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
4 FACTS=
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN IACINTO,
CRLIFORNIA, (hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of
{j the local Agency" V , has previously declared its intention and
held and conducted proceedings relatinq to the annexation of
7 territory to an existing Community Facilities District pursuant
to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos community
a ' Fac-ilities Act of 1902", being Chapter 2. 5, Fart 1, Division 21
Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, and
9 specifically Article 3 . 5 thereof . The existing Comnlunil-.y
Facilities District has been designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
10 DISTRICT NO. 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and,
11 WHEREAS, the area proposed to be annexed is known and desig-
nated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES ➢ISTRICT NO. 3, ANNEXATION NO. 1
12 (hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory" ) ; and,
13 WHEREAS, said legislative body did call for and order to be
held an election to submit to the qualified voters of the
1.1 territory tc be annexed to the District a proposition to levy a
special tax to pay for certain public services i.n the annexed
1°1 Lei, ' iLeryi and,
16 WHEREAS, at this time said election has been held and the
measure voted upon did receive the favorable 213 's vote ut the
17 qualified voters, and this legislative hody Tee desire to
declare the favorable results of the election in accordance with
18 the authorization of Section 22932 of the Elections Code of the
State of California; and

WHEREAS, this City Council is further desirous to rescind
20 Resolution Ho. 1R93 previously adopted on June t9, 199D, which
was to order certain changes and modifications in the boundaries
21 of the annexed territory; however, it is now determined that all
parcels originally proposed to be included within the annexed
?_ territory shall be included within said Annexation No. 1 and
subject to the Special tax.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lity Council of the
2d City of San lar, Lnrc, in regular session, this 3rd day of ,tiny,

CAST, as submitted by the Deputy City Clerk, said Statement
25 setting forth the number of votes cast in the election, the
measure voted upon, and the number of votes given for
29 and/or against the measure voted upon. A copy of said
Certificate and Statement is attached hereto, marked
30 Exhibit "A" , referenced and so incorporated.
`` That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed, pursuant to
the provisions of Section 22913 of the Elections Code of
32 the State of California, to enter in the minutes the
resu Lts of said STATEMENT OF VOTES CAST.

4. That it is hereby further declared by this legislative b^dy
that ResoluLion No. 1893 au previoasly adopted on June 19,
1 1990, is hereby rescinded, and the boundaries of the
annexed territory shall be those as originally established
2 and approved by this City Council,
5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of thin
Resolution.

1 1990 , is hereby rescinded, and the boundaries of the
annexed territory shall be those as a iq inaIly established �f
