RESOLUTION NO, 1803
1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
~� CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE
2 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE
FORMATION OF A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
} FACTS_
g WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCII of t.ne C_TY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
(hereinafter referred to as the -egislative body of the local
f ! Agency" i , has previouriy declared i.ts intention and ordered the
1 preparation of a "Report" c-elacing to the initiation uL proceed-
7 ings to create a Commun rt.y Facilitiea ❑istriCt pursuant to the
terms and prcva.sions of the "toe 1lo-Roos Community Facilities Act
8 of ' 9 A 2" , heinn Chapter 2 . 5, Part 1 , Division 11 , 'Title 5 of the
Government Code of the State of California. T1'is Community
9 Faci = ities ❑ istr i c t ,= ha 11 hereinafter ba referred to as
COMMUNITY FACILITIES pISTRICT NO. J thereinafter referred to as
10 the "Distric- ") ; and,
11 WHEREAS , notice of a public hearing relating to khe establish-
ment of the District, the extent of ' he District, the £urnishi_ng
12 of certain services and all other related matters has been
9 lven, and a "Report" . as ordered by this Agency, has been
13 presented an ci considered, and at this time it is hereby
determined that certain changes and modifications in the
14 Resolution of Intention and proceedings should he ordered.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, in regular session, this 7 t h day of
3,6 February, 1939 as follows:

17 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct.
18 1 , That it is in the hest public lilt P.YP.Ft and convenience to
order certain changes and modifications to the proceedings
19 and Resoiution gf Intention, as i ]iey relate to the forma-
tion of the District, and said changes and modifications
20 are as apt forth in the final "Report " submitted and herein
approved, entitled "COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT REPORT" .

1. That the proceedings, Resolution of Intention and "Report"
22 as now modified, shall stand for all future proceedings as
the Resolution of Lntention, proceedings and " 4eport" fur
23 the District.
24 4. The City Cleric shall certify to the ndnotioa of this
RPsn 1 lit ion.

26 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
COUNCIL duly held the 7th day of February, 1909.
