A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING A
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, The City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature cards with Bank of Hemet;
and
WHEREAS, The City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and the City Manager as signers
on the bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and authorization
for the facsimile signature agreement;
THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized signers and
facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Patrick A. Williams
Vice Mayor Jiro Ayres
City Manager James S. Mocalis
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1999
