A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
SIGNERS FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, The City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature cards with Rank of Hemet;
and
WHEREAS, The City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and the City Manager as signers
on the bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and authorization
to designate authorized signers on bank accounts;
THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized signers on
Rank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Patrick Williams
Vice Mayor M. Joan Good
City Manager L. Michael Hanavan
Finance Director George H. Kaenel
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1999
Ayes: Council Members Ayres, Carlson-Buydos, Conner & Mayor Williams
Noes: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Council Member Good
