A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 99-27, AND REQUESTING THE
SPECIAL CFD #3 ELECTION BE CONDUCTED BY MAILED BALLOT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto previously adopted
Resolution No. 99-27, setting the determination of whether or not the voters wished to
repeal the CFD #3 Public Safety Assessment for a special election; and
WHEREAS, it has since been determined that the special election can be
conducted by mailed ballot and it is the desire of the City Council to exercise that
manner of ballot.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby resolve
that the special election to be held September 21, 1999, be conducted by mailed ballot.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15` day of July, 1999, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Conner, Good, Smedley and Mayor Cornett
NOES:None
ABSENT: Council Member Williams
ABSTAIN:None
