A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 002-
M FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
COTTONWOOD AND SANDERSON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has conducted a traffic study that warrants the
installation of traffic signals at this intersection; and
WHEREAS, the citizens of this community and others who utilize this intersection will
greatly benefit from the installation of this traffic signal; and
NOW,T1 JERE FORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city of San Jacinto
has authorized:
1. The preliminary engineering and environmental work necessary to install such signal.
2. Approve the Program Supplement Agreement No. M002 between the City ol'San
Jacinto and California Department of Transportation.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED,this 17"day of June 1999, by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members Conner, Smedley and Mayor Cornett
Noes: Council Member Good
Abstain: none
Absent: Council Member Ldilliams
