A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO OF ITS S0130BA
SPRINGS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA 1999 TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jacinto(the"Agency")
is authorized pursuant to of Part 1 of Division 24 of the California Health and Safety Code
(commencing with Section 33000) (the "Act") to issue bonds for any of its corporate purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the Agency, in order to provide for the refinancing of a portion of
the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area (the "Project Area"), has indicated its intention
to issue up to $1,200,000 aggregate principal amount of its 1999 Tax Allocation Bonds, the
proceeds of which will be used to provide a portion of the funding for the construction of the
Main Street/Lake Park Bridge (the "Project"); and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Jacinto does hereby RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. Approval of F naneing. This City Council hereby approves the
financing of a portion of the Project which constitutes a "redevelopment activity" as such tern
is defined in the Act, by means of the issuance of up to $1,200,000 principal amount of the
Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area 1999 Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds.
Section 2. Effective_De. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
