SECTION 1. Findings. The Governing Board hereby consents to the Agency's
financing of the Cost Overruns and Additional Improvements in the amount of Forty-two
Thousand Five-hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($42,577), and finds the following:
(a) In accordance with CRL Section 33445, the Governing Board finds
and determines, based on the information contained in the staff report accompanying
this Resolution, as well as the oral presentation of staff and other such written and oral
evidence as presented to the Governing Board, the following:
(1) The Agency's financing of the Cost Overruns and Additional
Improvements is necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Redevelopment Plan

Center by completing the rehabilitation and modernization of the Community Center.
The rehabilitation of the Community Center will: (a) improve the quality of life in the
Project Area; (b) contribute to the long-term success of the Project Area; (c) eliminate
blighting conditions in the Project Area; (d) provide greater access to this community
use located in the Project Area.
